Wine tourism and territorial development in Valais
D. thesis under the supervision of Prof. Leïla Kebir, this research work aims to analyse the trajectory of the wine resource fron viticulture to tourism through the understanding of the local production system and its links with consumption.
It's also an opportunity to work on this subject, in Valais, which is a rare subject of the scientific litteraure.
