The project falls within the range of active teaching methods. Students develop urban projects. Learning takes place in groups and on three university sites: Lausanne (Institute of Geography), Grenoble (Urban Institute), Bristol (UWE, University of West England). Before discussing the activities on site, teachers and students set up activities on line to learn the local urban issues and the institutional and regulatory frameworks (blended learning). Phase on line also sensitizes students to the operation of an interdisciplinary group and their own functioning within the group.
