The aim of this project is to make an inventory of wine tourism offers in the Valais. It seeks to analyse and understand how these offers are structured, both in terms of the actors involved (winegrowers, tourists, institutions, etc.) and of the objectives (selling, marketing, meeting the consumer, taking advantage of the attraction of local products, etc.).

The inventory will make it possible to qualify the trajectory of the territorial resource "wine" through the numerous experiences that are offered and to feed the reflection on the links between production system, tourism and consumption system.
