Tourism is both affected by and contributes to climate change. As a result, tourism stakeholders need to adapt to these impacts while reducing their greenhouse gas emissions. While much work has been done on adaptation issues, little has been done on tourism stakeholders' perceptions of the risks associated with climate change and its mitigation. The aim of this research project is therefore to understand how these risks are perceived by tourism stakeholders in the Valais.
