The relationship between humans, swallows and swifts in the city is a particularly fruitful entry point for discussing multi-species cohabitation strategies. These birds are frequent guests in human dwellings and benefit from a certain amount of sympathy despite the nuisance they can cause (noise and droppings).
This project is part of the Biodiversity Action Plan of the City of Lausanne and the Canton of Vaud.
