The purpose of this exploratory research is to identify in the available literature the practices or innovative forms existing in Switzerland or abroad that are part of subsidized employment and transitional markets policies to facilitate the analysis of their possible implementation in the Canton Valais.
This was specifically to determine whether the observation of practices shows the existence of cross-sectional models reproducible at different territorial levels, or whether, instead, particularism and ad hoc dominate, reflecting the need to consider a unique system tailored to regional constraints.
