Sebastian Bellocq is a doctoral student at the IGD and assistant to Prof. Christian Arnsperger. His doctoral research focuses on the contradictions between the monetary regime of neoliberal capitalism and planetary boundaries.

Sebastian holds a bachelor's degree in political science (Sciences Po Grenoble), a master's degree in public affairs (Sciences Po Grenoble) and a dual research-oriented master's degree in economics and social sciences (École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales & Université Paris X).
