The project will develop a best-practice guide for oenotourism. It is aimed at political decision makers and professionnal practitioners from the Canton of Valais. The work is based on a double approach exploring existing wine tourism practices in the Valais and a comparative study of différent international wine tourism destinations. The work will be presented during a series of workshops for members of the civil society.
