The main objective of this collaboration will be to mutually support joint projects aiming to investiage the interaction between historical human activity and the present-day floristic composition of tropical rainforests in Gabon. Main activities include field work in the Ivindo forest of Gabon and visits to the Archives Nationales d'Outre-Mer (Aix-en-Provence, France).
